Police have charged a man following a search of a house in the Markethill area yesterday afternoon (Wednesday).
The 33-year-old man has been charged with possession of class B drugs and is expected to appear at Banbridge magistrates court this morning, August 23.
The charges follow a search in the Willow Dean area of Markethill yesterday.
A PSNI spokesperson told Armagh I: “A quantity of drugs were found at a house in the area.
“A number of items were also seized as part of the investigation.”
As is usual procedure the charge will be reviewed by the PPS.
