Jewellery was taken in three of these  burglaries.

In a number of recent burglaries, jewellery has been stolen and there are a number of steps that homeowners can take to reduce the chance of  falling prey to this crime.
  • Don’t put all your jewellery in one place: Burglars will check jewellery boxes, bedside cabinets and drawers
  • Think smarter, think somewhere else
  • Consider investing in a home safe or safety deposit box
  • Ensure your jewellery is insured and photographed
  • Make sure your home is locked and properly secured at all times
